Ella Addison is the founder and owner of The Village Studio and Gallery, Charlotte's first and only Black-owned pottery studio. She creates large wheel-thrown and hand-built ceramic pieces. Ella will be throwing live on the pottery wheel, allowing the audience to witness the quiet intensity of creation in real time. Viewers will see clay evolve from a lump of earth into a functional vessel—each movement deliberate, each imperfection embraced. Experience the hum of the wheel, the sound of water meeting clay, and the focus it takes to center both the material and oneself.

This is not an interactive experience, but a meditative observation—an invitation to slow down and reflect on patience, process, and purpose.
